Though this is a great idea (I'm reading the Young Wizards books for the first time right now), Ellen and I decided that we're going to limit the prompts to the Trek novels and not include crossovers from other fandoms. Hope you understand.

No worries! I've always been struck by the way that the universe/philosophy Duane under-lays her Star Trek movels matches up to that in her original fiction. Something I might play with on my own time instead...

But I think I've submitted enough prompts to cover dropping two! *grin*

I literally just started them -- picked up an omnibus with the first three. You have to love any book that starts off with a scene in a library and a book that says that knowing the power of words can make you a wizard.
