Would people like to see a general Trek book fic community?
This is a great fest. But like all fests, it's prompt-based, so if you miss an opportunity to get a prompt in when they're being taken, you can't write and post that story. I'd like to create a community for posting any fiction based on the Trek books -- either featuring characters from specific books, or situations that occurred in the books, or based on book continuity (particularly for the Relaunch titles in TNG/DS9/VOY -- my understanding is that something particularly egregious has led numerous people to write "fix-fic" for it.) Would folks here be interested in that?
